Refund Policy

Glenn Pedigrees, Inc. (RGP) aims to provide accurate documents to the public.
While
our software and site should enable almost everyone to be able to print or save
their purchased information, Robin Glenn Pedigrees, Inc. cannot warrant that
any specific customer will be able to print, save or edit its document.
However, RGP’s technical support is more than willing to assist you in changing
your settings or browser so you are able to print or save your documents. You
agree to answer any questions and otherwise assist our technical support team
in determining why your computer is unable to fully utilize our site’s
features. Our technical support will respond to your requests as soon as
possible during our regular business hours.
RGP
has minimal control over how a customer prints or saves a document as the
printing and saving is controlled by your browser’s preferences and your
printer’s fonts.
Given
the above facts and the fact that there is an accounting overhead with each
order and further accounting overhead to manually refund any sale, RGP makes it
a general policy to not refund any sales.
Having
said that, RGP wants its customers to be happy with each purchase. In the event
an error has occurred on an RGP document, RGP will correct that error to the
best of RGP’s ability, and will issue a corrected version of the exact same document
free of charge.
Should
you decide to close your RGP account, a refund in the amount of your remaining
balance, less RGP’s banking and credit card fees, will be issued to you in the
form of a company check sent by U.S. Mail.
