NO UNAUTHORIZED SOLICITATION

Heritage Place has a long standing solicitation policy for all
sales and other events that take place on the Heritage Place
grounds. The unauthorized sale or promotion (including
on-site distribution of printed or electronic materials includ-
ing literature, signs, flyer, invitations, tickets, forms, etc.)
of products or services within the Heritage Place grounds
is not permitted. ANY PERSON FOUND VIOLATING THIS
POLICY MAY BE EXPELLED FROM THE HERITAGE PLACE
GROUNDS.

A. INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING AUTHORIZATION:
1. All inquiries regarding vendor booths or solicitation of

products and services on the heritage place grounds
should be directed to the Heritage Place Sales Office.

B. VENDOR/SOLICITATION POLICIES AND REGULATIONS:
1. Vendors and solicitors are responsible for complying

with all applicable local, state and federal laws and must
abide by all applicable fire and safety codes.
2. Vendors and solicitors may not injure or deface in any
way the Heritage Place grounds and shall not cause or
permit anything to be done whereby the Heritage Place
grounds may be injured or defaced.
3. Heritage Place does not endorse or assume any liabili-
ty for the quality of the products or services offer by
vendors and solicitors.
