MULTIPLE EMBRYOS

Since the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA)
rule change allowing more than one foal (multiples) to
be registered out of a mare in the same year, it is not
possible for the AQHA, Equine Line, the Sale Company
and/or the Sale Catalog company to know how many
live foals a mare has produced each year.

PLEASE NOTE: The fact that a foal is an embryo
transfer does not necessarily mean it is one of
multiple foals. The fact that a foal was born
naturally out of a mare does not necessarily mean
it is a single foal.

Neither Sale Company nor Sale Catalog Company will
be held responsible for providing information as to
multiple embryos (foals of the same year) out of mares
or dams in sale; nor will be held liable in any way for
buyer’s belated awareness of such information.

Embryo Transfer status of sale entries may be announced
at this sale. BUYERS PLEASE LISTEN CLOSELY
FOR ANNOUNCEMENTS AT THE SALE. Announce-
ments always pertain to information that is NOT on the
catalog page. Awareness of such announcements is
the buyer’s responsibility.
